Personal Development Blog

My name is Vincent and this is my personal development blog. On these pages I would like to share with you articles, insights and observations that I have made on subjects related to personal development.

As well as being the web master for Personal Development Forum, I am also a success coach based in Fukuoka, Japan. Unlike many coaches, I am very heavily influenced by Eastern ideas on personal growth and fulfillment and in particular my experience and knowledge of martial arts.

First of all, I want to say that personal development requires commitment, discipline and hard work. The greats in the field, the likes of Tony Robbins, Jim Rohn and Brian Tracy, all struggled and fought hard to get to where they are now and enjoy the level of success they do. The same thing can be said for the giants of any field. As I write this the Beijing Olympics are in full swing. Simply to be in attendance indicates an extraordinary willingness to sacrifice and dedicate oneself to a goal. Winning the hallowed gold medal means more sacrifice and more dedication.

That said, I also believe that pathways exist that can make the journey to personal growth easier. Not automatic, but smoother. In this blog I hope to examine those highways to growth.

Your comments are always very welcome and I will be happy to post any responses you care to make (with your permission!). Please send all commentary to me at info@personaldevelopmentforum.com
