1) Do 10 push ups (from a kneeling position or against a wall to make it easier if you want), 10 sit ups (twist as you rise up to make it harder), 10 squats, 10 dips (use your arms to support yourself leaning back on a chair then dip your hips down) and 10 calf raises.
2) Choose and read a new recipe that you haven't tried before. Make a note of the ingredients you will need and decide a time you will prepare it.
3) Practice speed reading for four minutes and then spend the last minute retelling to yourself the information you remember.
4) Make a list of things you plan to do today (or tomorrow if you're doing this late at night) and prioritize that list from most important to least important. Make sure you focus on the high priority items and don't waste time debating with yourself which activity to do next. Do the high priority one first and work you way down the list.
5) Read an inspiring quote and spend five minutes meditating on the meaning of the writing and how it applies to your life.
6) Clean up your email. Delete unwanted mail and file everything else into its respective folder. Create as many folders as you need to make filing easy and intuitive. 7) Spend five minutes slowing and deepening your breathing. This will help you to relax and improve your immune system. Breathe in through your nose for a count of eight then exhale through your mouth for a count of eight. Imagine your breath sinking down into your belly rather than your lungs.
