“I’ve learned that the resources we need to turn our dreams into reality are within us, merely waiting for the day when we decide to wake up and claim our birthright."

The operative words here are, “resources” and “within us.” The resources and the information that we need are within us.

The etymology of the word education is educare which means to bring out that which is within. So many times we look far and wide to find the secret that will turn our dreams into reality when it is already within us...wired into the synapses of our brain.

And, as Tony says in Awaken the Giant Within, not only are all those secrets already within us but so are the resources needed to turn the invisible into the visible; the aspirations into realizations.

What we do need though is a mode of access to retrieve that knowledge, information and resources...and one of the best ways to do that is through Journaling.

Many of us think in terms of images, abstracts and symbols. However with Journaling, we put these concepts into words and thus expose, clarify and reveal the essence and true meanings of our thoughts.

So, the best way to bring out the information and knowledge that is already stored into our subconscious is through Journaling. First, we ask a question to the subconscious, wait a few seconds for the reply, then write it down. It never fails. The subconscious will always answer any question that we ask it.

I also believe that each of us could be compared to a multi-faceted conglomerate corporation of which we are the CEO...and no respectable Chief Executive Officer would attempt to run a company without a company’s Journal; a daily record of planning and strategies...objectives and plans of action...that Journal is the very core of the rationally organized, dynamic plan-of-action of the company.

Therefore, if we are to direct ourselves the same way we would a corporation a personal Journal is absolutely essential.

No one can be all that he can be without a personal Journal. It is an essential element for personal success and the most effective way of clarifying our notions, thoughts and innermost feelings.
